An order containing a long or bulky parcel is delivered to your home at that parcel’s rate, charged once for the whole order.
Lead times run from dispatch. An item in stock leaves within one working day; an item available to order leaves as soon as it reaches us.

You can collect your order from the shop, 1099 Impasse du Semnoz, 74410 Saint-Jorioz, on Lake Annecy. An in-stock product is ready within 24 hours; a product on order, as soon as it reaches us.
Returns
You have 30 days from receipt to return an item to us. To arrange a return, contact us on +33 4 57 57 27 27 or at contact@motorboat74.com. Returns are free for orders of €600 or more; below that amount, return costs are borne by the customer.
