More than sixty years of waterskiing
The first Connelly skis were cut from mahogany and white cedar. In the 1970s and 1980s, the brand made its name with fibreglass skis; in the 1990s, it launched the Big Daddy, a very wide slalom ski designed for larger skiers. On the wakeboard side, Connelly introduced Hinge technology in bindings. Today its top-end carbon slalom skis, such as the C1, are made in the United States, and much of the team comes from competitive waterskiing and wakeboarding.
The Connelly range at the shop
- Water ski: slalom skis from the Big Easy to the C1, combo skis and children’s skis for learning, fixed-price ski and binding packages, bindings and rear toe plates.
- Wakeboard: boards from kids’ models to park boards, open-toe or closed-toe bindings.
- Wakesurf: cruiser, surf, skim and hybrid boards, and their ropes.
- Towable tubes: from the 1-rider tube to the 4-rider tube, with ropes, inflators and accessories.
- And also: kneeboards, wakefoil, inflatable SUPs and kayak, lake floats, gloves, bags and clothing.
Proline, the ropes that float
Proline is Connelly’s rope and handle brand. Its ropes and handles are guaranteed to float: a closed-cell foam core keeps them on the surface, away from the propeller, even when slack. See the water ski handles, the wakeboard ropes and the tube tow ropes in the towable tube accessories.
2027 models and 2025 models
Products from the Connelly 2027 range are sold at the manufacturer’s public price. When they are not in stock in the shop, they are marked “Available to order” and ordered from Connelly. Products marked “2025 model” are previous-season models, in stock with us.
The Water Universe shop belongs to Motor Boat 74, a boat dealer in Saint-Jorioz on Lake Annecy: we ride what we sell, and we can advise you on +33 4 57 57 27 27. A product in stock can be collected from the shop within 24 h; the rest are ordered from the manufacturer.
